People, Platforms, Access

Your team.
Who, what, which tool.

Ownership is clear. Your point of contact is the direct line — no more inconsistent answers from different team members or missed meetings. Everything operational lives in your shared channel so nothing falls through the cracks.

The team

Your direct point of contact

Point of Contact

Owns communication end-to-end. Direct line for status, decisions, escalations, and anything that's been falling through the cracks. Operating principle: response time matches the size of the engagement.

Primary channel implementation

Implementation Pod

Owns build, launch, and daily iteration on Meta — creative, targeting, and cost-per-booked-call. We run the ad account with the client for the first 4 months, then fully hand it over.

Outbound / secondary channel

Outbound Pod

Picks targets, writes openers, scrapes and cleans lists, runs sequences, and books qualified calls straight onto the client's calendar — the channel the client actually has bandwidth for.

Fulfilment

Build Team

Behind the bundled offer — software, automations, integrations, and any technical delivery. Walkthroughs + technical support included so the client doesn't get pulled into delivery.

Community + nurture

Program Ops

Runs the nurture motion and weekly office-hour-style touchpoints. Mostly automated so the client can be as hands-on or passive as they choose.

Capacity decision (later)

Closer / VA (TBD)

Rather than placing a closer immediately, validate against the new funnel first. Once volume is steady and the offer is repeatedly closing, the right closer + VA go in so the client stays out of every discovery call.
